Politically Incorrect Treason?
So, back during the days when we were learning how to navigate social media and promote our first album, “DAYS OF REACTION,” we were following a “Vintage Vibe” model. Our motto, in fact, was “The New Vintage.” (We were just starting out, so cut us some slack…)
Our approach was, “Love your rock and roll again!” and phrases like that.
We decided it would be cool and eye-catching to go with a vintage artwork motif. Specifically, we went with a classic “beautiful, sexy girl” approach for many of our ads. It proved fairly successful.
But the world has changed so much in a short period of time.
We wonder…. Could we orchestrate such a campaign today? Is this too antiquated an approach anymore?

I would like to see y’all do a mix. Maybe like a concert with a q and a mixed in… where will y’all be in Texas? I’m in Austin and if y’all ever play live around here I will try to be there and bring people. May not be applicable yet with concert restrictions but as soon as It happens I’ll be there!
Hi Kris! Really really dig the idea of a nice mix of everything – some music, some Q&A, some live interaction. That’s precisely what we were kind of hoping people would want. 🙂 As far as Texas goes, there are some family obligations I need to tend to (Andy here). Bobby has decided to come down for a couple of days to participate in the event…We figured we could take some pics and do a live stream from there. Unfortunately, we will not have time to play live … although we wish we could.
Q&A inbetween maybe a couple of live tunes, this is how twitch works , people type in questions coments and you guys answer live its great interaction and good laughs. Hey we love what ever you decide on

Glad you dig them posters! We had SO MUCH FUN creating them. We just LOVE that kind of vintage advertising art. In today’s world, though, that could be deemed offensive (among other words). Lots of good things coming up, brother…. Honored to have you channel us when you jam that ax. 🙂
