Andy and Bobby will be shooting their second music video from their new album “WITHOUT A TRIBE” this weekend. As always, Andy’s brother, Chris, will be the videographer and director.

OTHER NOODLES
– Roger Waters continues to release previews of his remake of THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON by Pink Floyd. This week, “Speak to Me/Breathe” were dropped.
– Foghat has a new song and video for a song called “She’s a Little Bit of Everything.”
– This week, Ozzy Osbourne said he’d refuse any future surgery after the one he was currently facing because he can’t undergo any more time under the knife.
– Randy Bachman says that he has revived his band Bachman-Turner Overdive for a run of fall performances, beginning Friday, September 22nd in West Springfield, Massachusetts. As of now, there are six scheduled dates.
– Yes kicked off their “Classic Tales of Yes” U.S. tour on Tuesday, September 19th with an intimate fan club show in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
– Six rare Beatles tapes are currently up for auction at Gotta Have Rock and Roll. The tapes, dubbed “The Beatles Derek Taylor Never-Before-Heard Collection of Lost Beatles Recordings,” contain several unreleased songs, rehearsal recordings and interviews by the members. According to the auction page, the tapes are expected to fetch between $300,000 and $500,000.
– Board of directors at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame voted very quickly to remove ‘Rolling Stone‘ founder Jann Wenner this week in the wake of his inflammatory remarks about female and black artists.
– Kix played their farewell show at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland on Sunday, September 17th.
– Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson and Steve Vai will reunite for their first G3 tour in over 25 years in early 2024.
– AC/DC singer Brian Johnson has co-written a new song with Jackyl’s Jesse James Dupree. “Never Gets Old” will appear on Dupree’s upcoming solo album, “Breathing Fire.”

The resulting explosion cuts Moon’s leg, singes Pete Townshend’s hair, and startles fellow guests Bette Davis and Mickey Rooney.

RCA Victor unveils its new invention, the 33 1/3 rpm long-playing or “LP” record, at the Savoy Plaza Hotel in New York. However, the company badly overprices the record players themselves, leading the new format to lie dormant for years until Columbia revives it in 1948.
